Sarva U.P. Gramin Bank has established on 30st Nov. 2007 under Central Govt. notification exercising the power conferred by Sub-Section (1) ofsection 23A of the Regional Rural Bank Act, 1976 (21 of 1976).

It has come into exeistence by amalgamation of 4 RRB's( Uttar Pradesh Gramin Bank Meerut, Kissan Gramin Bank Budaun,Rani Laxmi Bai Gramin bank Jhansi AND Davi Pattan Gramin bank Gonda) working in the area spread in whole Uattar Pradesh "East to West" .

Bank is functioning in the fertile zone of Uattar Pradesh well-known for Sugar Production,Handicrafts, Steel Plants, Paper Mills and Sports Goods manufacturing .

Historic City of JHANSI is well-known for..Brave QUEEN of Jhansi Rani LAXMI BAI for Major Role in first Independence Movement of 1857.

Budaun is Ancient Education center for historic '4''VEDA'S', Knowen as VEDAMAUE established by Mantri SURYA DHAWAZ of LORD BUDHA .

Meerut is also related to historic Mahabharat Kaal.It was karmabhoomi of Pandavas and Lord Kirshna at Hastinapur(Meerut) being the capital of Pandavas.Bijnor is famous for Vidur Kuti,the residence of Mahatma Vidur.
