Customer’s Feedback

  • I have salary account in Sarva UP Gramin Bank. The bank work really accurate and they work on a time. Once, I didn’t receive the SMS alert regarding Salary credited in my account. I went my home branch and ask regarding the balance in my account. They checked the balance and print the passbook also.I complained about non-receipt of SMS alert, bank person responded quickly and assured me to resolve the problem within 2 days. After one week I used my ATM and get the SMS alert.

  • I have transferred fund from my saving account in Sarva UP Gramin Bank.Yesterday, I did NEFT to my brother.Unfortunately it was debited from my account but not received in my brother’s account in other bank. I contacted grameen bank through mail.i got reply immediately and the money got credited in my brother’s account within one day.
